The Stag Theatre is in the heart of Sevenoaks and provides a busy and welcoming community arts venue with excellent facilities for visitors and local people. It boasts one of the largest performance stages in the South-East in its 450 seat theatre, regularly hosting live bands, comedians, choral and orchestral concerts, musical theatre productions, pantomimes, dance shows, school plays and much more. There are an additional 140 raked seats at the back of the stage which can be used for performances. The two digital cinema screens show current releases alongside cult classics, National Theatre and Glyndebourne Live productions, Exhibition On Screen.

We also have regular Parent and Baby and Autism Friendly screenings. The Stag Plaza is an alternative performance studio and apart from the regular bookings by music promoters, theatre and dance companies who love using this performance space, it is used to host special events such as Mayoral Civic events, business and craft shows, boot fairs, stamp fairs, auction valuations, product launches, training seminars and networking events.

The Stag is a not for profit organisation and reinvests any surplus revenue back in the business and the building to ensure these facilities are available in the centre of Sevenoaks town.
