Salt of the Soul Yoga

In person and online classes. In person classes based at Nimi Projects in their beautiful loft space Wednesday evenings 7:30pm. Hatha and Yin flows as well as pranayama (breath control), meditation, eye yoga, mantra (chanting), mudras (hand gestures) and yogic philosophy weaved into classes. Class passes and monthly passes available, first class is half price.
